New medicines and technologies are an integral part of the health care system, providing healthcare professionals with effective treatment options, improving quality of life and outcomes for patients and bringing system efficiencies to the NHS.
The Group seeks to work with the NHS, Government and other key stakeholders to develop and sustain an environment in the UK where the health and well-being of the people of the UK can benefit from timely access to the innovative medicines we develop.
Alongside this we seek to ensure that the research-based pharmaceutical industry thrives and continues to be a key contributor to the ‘economic health’ of the nation.
With strong roots in continental Europe, we strive to bring a perspective on healthcare and inward investment into the UK, informed by both experience of our nearest neighbours and our UK-rooted expertise.
